As someone with Aspergers, I can attest to the difficulties of living in a neurotypical-centric system. Different Brains is an organization built around accommodating individuals such as myself.

As noted in their mission statement, Different Brains strives to encourage understanding & acceptance of individuals who have variations in brain function and social behaviors known as neurodiversity by mentoring neurodiverse adults in maximizing their potential for employment and independence, by increasing awareness of neurodiversity by producing interactive media, and by fostering the next generation of neurodivergent self-advocates.
